today is merdeka day. do i feel proud? ummm… dunno…

we hold our pride in things like bangunan tertinggi, ketupat terpanjang, kote terbengkok, etc… but we ignore the other things that define a great nation.

the people up high should manage their priorities better. support our local team in international events. kalau sports minister pun tak tunjuk muka kat olympics, tak heran la balik tangan kosong je.

this country is overly ambitious in negligible matters.
