monday blues

19 April 2004 No Comment

Gah… monday has never been kind. There’s another user presentation at work tomorrow, so today is hectic!

I’ve got an idea for a political party in Malaysia. I’m gonna call it ‘Parti Party Malaysia®’ (PPM). The younger section of the demography is guaranteed to sign-up in droves.

I’ve drafted a few basic agendas for the party:

- Meetings and conferences will be done at rave parties, at selected locations namely Zouk, Atmosphere or the square at Cyberjaya. Annual meetings can be done at Genting.

- The Financial Minister(s) must be owner(s) of disco clubs.

- Drug policy will be softened

- The Backroom will be relocated to its previous location at Jln P. Ramlee to honour the late and great Malaysian artist.

- While I’m the president of the party (and possibly PM of the country), my deputy must be a local DJ.

- The Parliament building will serve as the world’s biggest entertainment complex.

- Guitars and Rock History will be compulsory subjects for primary school, while Drugs and Dance will be compulsory for secondary school students.

- The mayor of Amsterdam will be the Honorary minister of the Culture, Arts and Heritage ministry.

I’ll add more when I have more ideas…

:: update :: Apil suggests that he is made the minister in the Ministry Of Sound. Yeah!
